BY JIMMIE WILLIAMS
ORLANDO - The good in the hood Shake It Off Health Expo dancers for the first time meets the voice behind the song "Shake It Off" rap artist lead singer Carlos Spencer aka "Daddy Black" of 95 South. I think my wife and I along with Dr. Shanta and her husband had as much fun as the kids. Dr. Shanta Barton-Stubbs said, “This evening 95 South came to NIYC and tootsie rolled all evening! It was so much fun seeing the youth dance like it was the early 2000’s! I had to show the youngin’s I still had it! Whoop whoop whoop!!! 95 South performed all their oldies and the block was hot! Dr. Shanta said, "Thank you to Drop D No Limits Foundation’s founder Jimmie Williams." She also said she “danced so hard” until she had headache. I just laughed out loud! Mrs. Anita Spencer (wife of Carlos Spencer), Mrs. Diann Williams and Mrs. Shanta Barton-Stubbs just loved what they are doing by saving our youth and providing them with education, social skills, history and teaching them to be responsible individuals and letting them know they have a support team to help them achieve success. The "Shake It Off" song and dance moves were created to get people up and moving to shake off the pounds, stress and any unwanted obstacles in their lives so that they make live a longer and better quality of life. Through the moment of the Drop D No Limits Foundation, Mr. Carlos Spencer "lead singer" aka Daddy Black of rap group 95 South, Mrs. Anita Spencer, Mrs. Diann Williams and Mrs. Shanta Barton-Stubbs Mr. Reggie Barton and myself as a team we will make a difference.
